Usage
The Usage page (Settings → Usage, or the Usage entry in the left nav) shows what your workspace is consuming and how it relates to your plan limits.
What gets metered
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| Test minutes | Total elapsed time of all test conversations. Voice runs count from call connect to hang-up; chat runs count from session open to close. Failed runs that didn’t actually have a conversation aren’t counted. |
| Active scenarios | Number of scenarios with at least one run in the period. |
| Active phone numbers | Numbers used at least once in the period. |
| Storage | Total size of audio recordings retained. Older recordings are pruned per the retention policy. |
Period
The default view is the current calendar month. Pick a date range from the picker for any historical period.
Plan limits
Each metric has a soft and hard cap:
- Soft cap — you’ll see a warning indicator and an email if notifications are on. Tests still run.
- Hard cap — new runs return an error until usage drops or the period rolls over. Schedules stop firing.
Caps are plan-dependent; the page shows your current plan’s caps inline with the actual usage. Need more headroom? Talk to your account contact about upgrading.
Trend chart
The chart on the page shows daily test minutes for the selected period. Useful for spotting:
- Schedule misconfigurations — a sudden spike that’s unexpected often means a schedule is running more often than intended.
- Long-call regressions — if mean call duration is creeping up over weeks, the target agent might be getting slower (or your scenarios are losing tighter end conditions).
Exporting usage
Click Export CSV for a row-per-run breakdown of the selected period. Columns include scenario name, path name, duration, status, and run timestamp. Useful for billing reconciliation or building your own dashboards.
